Our Approach

Through our Impact Studio, we utilize an agile, adaptable, ecosystem-oriented approach to weave social impact, civic innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Program Structure

Our structure reflects a nonlinear and dynamic ecosystem of peers, partners, and stakeholders alongside cohort-based, step-by-step programs to support first time founders through the entrepreneurial journey.

Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge sharing is multidirectional and learning comes from founders, communities, mentors, researchers, policymakers, and lived-experience subject matter experts.

Relationships

The development of intentional relationships promotes long-term coalition building. Founders benefit from cross-sector networks across the public and private sectors, while interacting with program staff and a global network of advisors.

Foundations of Impactful Entrepreneurship

Calling all experienced, mission-driven professionals exploring ways to contribute to the Impact Economy! We’ll discuss what’s needed to craft a regenerative, equitable future, and we’ll empower you to take the next step to build enterprises that are both financially viable and systemically transformative. This course is about big picture thinking and intentional action. We’ll talk about how aligning actions, structures, and human experience can lead to a more resilient, secure economy.

Systems Change & the Impact Economy

A successful Impact Economy will require that we rewrite the dominant economic model of shareholder primacy. Doing so will require a deep understanding of the systems in which we currently exist and the role we play in maintaining these systems, consciously or not. Join us for this high-level introduction to systems change and explore how systems thinking can help build a bridge toward a resilient, regenerative future.
